Unhappy with your purchase? Let's turn that around. We offerfree domestic returns & exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

If you have any problems with your return or exchange, you must reach out to contact us within 180 days of issuing your return.


We supply free shipping label for orders within the US. Please send back using ONLY the return address on the provided label.


Refunds are processed within 7 days upon receiving a returned item and are issued to the account of the original purchase.


To make a return or exchange your purchase must be covered under warranty. You can activate your warranty here.

How do I make a return?

  • Click the button at the bottom of the page to go to the Rexing return page.
  • Fill in the information requested.
  • Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
  • Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
  • Call UPS to arrange a pickup or drop-off at your nearest UPS office.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have a max of 60 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 60 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

You can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $ 9.99 per item restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Will I get refunded for shipping?

The original shipping fee is non-refundable. You will not have to pay for return shipping.

If I received a free gift with my purchase, do I have to return that as well?

If the free gift is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

What items are not covered under Warranty/Returns?

  • Final sale items
  • Items without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen Items
  • Items with expired warranty
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 60 days of purchase)
  • Free gifts
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
  • Purchased from unauthorized resellers
