Hold on, we need to know your current firmware, first!

How to find your current firmware version:

1. Turn on the unit, then press the REC button to stop recording.
2. Press the MENU button twice to go to the Setup menu.
3. Use the UP/DOWN button to scroll down to “Version” and press the OK button to view your dash cam's firmware version.
4. Write down the complete version information in the field below.
5. Writing out an incomplete version may result in an incorrect firmware download.

NOTE: Please write out the entire firmware version as it's displayed on your device.
