How to update your firmware

Hold on, we need to know your current firmware, first!

How to find your current firmware version:

• Turn on the unit, then press the REC button to stop recording.
• Press the MENU button twice to go to the Setup menu.
• Use the UP/DOWN button to scroll down to “Version” and press the OK button to view your dash cam's firmware version.
• Write down the complete version information in the field below.
• NOTE: Please write out the entire firmware version as it's displayed on your device.
• Writing out an incomplete version may result in an incorrect firmware download.
