Reminders!
- Format SD Card: Please format the SD card on your camera directly. Before you start using a new memory card, you must format the card within the camera using the format function.
- Built-in battery: The built-in supercapacitor is just for emergency file backup, please always keep the dash cam plugged in.
- USB Port: The car USB port may not support enough power for the dash cam, please use the car charger that comes with the dash cam, or Rexing Hardwire Kit.
- Firmware Updates: In order to meet your feedback, we are constantly improving our products through firmware updates.

What is your return policy?
You have max 60 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 60 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 60 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
Does this product come with warranty?
Yes, all Rexing products include a free 18-month warranty with the option to extend your coverage up to 3 years. Rexing warranty covers the cost of all repairs/replacements due to product malfunctions not caused by physical or liquid damage.
Where can I get my dashcam installed?
You can come get your dash cam installed by one of our experts at our homebase in Little Ferry, NJ. Visit our installation service page to book your appointment for basic installation, hardwiring, and fuse tap.
